New Perspective in Silvis, IL also appeared in U.S. News and World Report’s list of the best 25 senior living communities in the country. To understand why Silvis shines so bright, you simply need to look to its people. From executive management down to frontline staff, the team takes ownership in ensuring residents have the best possible experience. This anonymous comment from a resident or a resident’s family member appeared in U.S. News and World Report and sums that up:

Meghan the director knows everything that goes on and helps out with everything. From cooking in the kitchen to vacuuming. The Management team goes out of their way to make your move in easy and help with any problems, feeling comfortable with your journey into your new home.”
The executive director in this community, Meghan Keim, is involved in the sales process and therefore gets to know the residents before they even move in. The community has a 98% satisfaction score, the highest in the company, as measured in the 2022 New Perspective Resident Satisfaction Survey of 1,700 participants. Meghan believes the passion her people have for residents is the secret sauce behind their success.

Residents took note of the team’s respectful nature, knowledge and prompt care when they responded to questions about the community from U.S. News and World Report.
