Kris Bursey has been in the Health Care field for the past 25 years. Kris began her career as a Social Worker in long term care. Kris transitioned into assisted living at the onset of its’ development. Kris has dedicated her entire career to working with seniors. She has a special passion for seniors and their families living with memory loss.

Mary Gaspers has been with New Perspective Senior Living | Columbia Heights since February of 2010.  She began as a concierge working 2 days a week. Shortly after she started, the Business Office Coordinator left the company.  Mary found herself working more hours and taking on many of the Business Office duties.  Mary was offered the Business Office Coordinator position, which she accepted. While in the Business Office Coordinator role, Mary began to help with some marketing tasks.  In October of 2014 the Community Relations Director position became available.  Mary was offered this position and again she accepted.
