Melody joined the New Perspective team in August 2017. She brings with her 20+ years of management and business ownership experience. It was her passion for helping people that brought her here. She loves being involved with the residents on a daily basis. Melody resides in Cloquet with her husband and has 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Hello, my name is Ross Jaeger. I have been with New Perspective Senior Living since September 2014. I am originally from Paynesville, MN and moved up to Duluth in 2004 and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth. I enjoy kayaking, football, and playing softball in the summer. What I enjoy most about working at New Perspective is getting to know the residents and their families.
