Bio

Rick Buechner

Executive Director


Rick has several years of senior housing management experience including the entire continuum of care – independent and assisted living, memory care, nursing home care and transitional care.  Minnesota born and bred, he resides in Hastings.  Graduated from Augsburg College with a degree in Music Therapy (yes he does play the piano for the residents!) and the University of Minnesota School of Public Health in Long Term Care Administration.   His primary goal is to bring NPSL of Eagan to the level of the preferred Assisted Living provider in the Eagan area! In his spare time, Rick’s hobbies are reading, bicycling, politics, family time and playing the piano! Favorite tunes are I’ve Been Working of the Railroad and Let Me Call You Sweetheart! Rick takes pride in getting to know everyone that lives, visits and works in our community. When you’re in the neighborhood please stop by and introduce yourself – he would love to meet you!
