FRANKLIN, Wis.—With the Spring 2020 opening of New Perspective-Franklin in sight, the rental office is now open. The office features interactive displays, including a virtual tour.
“The opening of our rental office is a great way for people to learn more about us and reserve their apartment,” said New Perspective president Chris Hyatt.
New Perspective-Franklin is a multi-story building for older adults being built on six acres at 7220 Ballpark Drive South—next to the Milwaukee Milkmen baseball stadium. The building features 149 units consisting of independent and assisted living apartments and Betty’s Harbor, a secure neighborhood specifically designed for those with memory loss.
The community will feature a spacious two-story lobby and reception area with fireplaces, water features and natural stone appointments. Exterior views and natural light play an integral part in creating a warm open atmosphere. The wellness center is to have state-of-the-art equipment specifically designed for the senior exercise experience, including an indoor warm-water pool kept at a constant 92° degrees.
Residents will have plenty of dining choices, including the restaurant-style dining room with grand fireplace, a café, and a relaxing pub. Other amenities will include a full-service beauty salon/spa, activity center, movie theater, and dance hall.
“We’ve added some wonderful amenities to this building that I know residents will love,” said New Perspective CEO Ryan Novaczyk. He added, “it was important for us to design spacious apartments with windows that capture the views and sunlight.”
On-site are executive director Jason Wilson and director of new development operations John Wiman.
