MINNETONKA, MN–Committed to expanding its footprint and providing service and care for seniors throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, New Perspective Senior Living announces the acquisition of its latest community, New Perspective – Carlson Parkway. The acquisition marks the company’s entry into the northwest corner of the Twin Cities. Along with its eight other local communities, New Perspective – Carlson Parkway enables the company to now reach seniors throughout the Twin Cities market. The 89,883 square-foot, three-story community is located at 500 Carlson Parkway, Minnetonka, Minnesota and features 87 assisted living and 35 memory care apartments.
“We are excited about being able to serve the cities of Minnetonka, Wayzata, Plymouth, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Hopkins and beyond,” said New Perspective President and Chief Financial Officer Ryan Novaczyk. “It is our first location in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis and an important step in serving seniors and their families throughout the entire Twin City area.”
As part of the acquisition, the Eden Prairie, Minnesota based company is planning a multi-million-dollar renovation. The project, beginning this year, will focus on improving the resident and family experience throughout the building.

Under New Perspective, residents and their families can expect a commitment to putting residents first and providing them with opportunities to live life on purpose each day, something that has been the hallmark of the 20-year old company. Services and activities offered include daily concierge access, dining, housekeeping, activity transportation, and on-site physical therapy and wellness services.
