Ryan Novaczyk, President of New Perspective Senior Living, Named to 50 for Next 50 by LeadingAge Minnesota

Recognizing Forward-Looking Influential Leaders Transforming Older Adult Services
MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 21, 2017) – Ryan Novaczyk, President and CFO of New Perspective Senior Living has been named to LeadingAge Minnesota’s 50 for the Next 50. 50 for the Next 50 recognizes innovative and influential leaders who are charting the course for the next wave of older adult services that will empower Minnesotans to age well and live fully.

The 50 for the Next 50 represent a broad array of professionals who work on behalf of older adults in senior living, adult day services, home care and skilled nursing as well as organizations that support long term services and support throughout Minnesota.

Novaczyk has served as New Perspective Senior Living President and CFO since 2008, Novaczyk guides the day-to-day financing, acquisitions/development, technology and fiscal functions. In addition, he  oversees business performance, investments, strategy and growth initiatives across the company’s 22 communities in Minnesota, Illinois, North Dakota and Wisconsin. Novaczyk is also active with industry associations and is a member of Argentum, CFO Executive Roundtable, and sits on the Operator Advisory Board for the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing.
 
Novaczyk holds professional certificates from the Erickson School Seniors Housing and Care executive education program, University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in the disciplines of: Seniors Housing Executive, Finance, Sales and Marketing. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, with a bachelor of arts in finance, and a minor in economics.
