More care when they need it. The same warm place to call home.

If you're here, a lot is probably changing at once.

Maybe it was a fall. A hospital stay. A doctor or discharge planner saying the words “nursing home” for the first time. You want your loved one safe, and you want them to still feel like themselves.

Enhanced Assisted Living was built for exactly this moment: more hands-on help, in a warm community setting, with people who get to know them.

After a hospital or rehab stay

Extra support while they regain strength, in a place that feels like home, with therapy right on site.

When needs outgrow assisted living

More hands-on help, in a community setting rather than a clinical one.

When a caregiver needs a break

A short-term respite stay gives your loved one full support while you rest, travel, or recharge.

How is Enhanced Assisted Living different from Assisted Living?

Enhanced Assisted Living is for people whose needs have become higher or more complex. The difference is how much hands-on help they get each day. That includes a care plan built around their medications, mobility, and health monitoring, plus on-site therapy to help them stay strong.

What care needs can Enhanced Assisted Living support?

It's a good fit for people who need help with most daily activities, one- or two-person assistance with transfers, closer health monitoring, or extra support after a hospital or rehab stay. The best way to know is a conversation with our team about your loved one's needs.

Can Enhanced Assisted Living be short-term?

Yes. Enhanced Assisted Living is available as a respite stay as well as for long-term living. Respite is a good fit when a family caregiver needs a break, or when a loved one needs extra support while regaining strength after a hospital stay or rehab. Many families also use a respite stay to experience the community before deciding on a longer move.

What if my loved one's needs increase over time?

Their care plan is reviewed regularly and updated as needs change, so support grows with them. If their needs ever go beyond what we can safely provide, we'll talk with you openly about next steps.

How much does Enhanced Assisted Living cost?

Cost depends on the apartment and the level of care in the personalized plan. Call an advisor for current pricing and a care assessment.

Does insurance or Medicaid help pay for it?

Many families pay privately, and some use long-term care insurance or veterans benefits. Our advisors can walk you through the options.

What is SafelyYou, and how does it protect privacy?

Approved explanation of fall detection, footage access, and resident or family consent to be added after vendor review.

How soon can my loved one move in?

Often quickly, especially after a hospital discharge. Once we've completed a care assessment and confirmed availability, we'll work around your timeline.
